Salmon Beware!

Sunday, June 28th was the day that Travis had been waiting for! That was the day they went Salmon fishing. Travis, Monte, Monte's son Logan, Gene, Gene's daughter Denise, and her boyfriend, Weston all went aboard the Spindrift, a chartered boat out of Westport. They left early morning and were on the ocean for ten hours! All but one person ended up getting a little seasick (Trav wasn't that one!). Most of the ten people on the boat ended up catching something. For Weston, that was sharks! Nobody got any pictures of them since they weren't able to get them on the boat, but apparently they put up quite a fight! Travis caught two Salmon, one 8 lbs and one 10 lbs. He swears they tasted delicious, but I respectfully disagree! Seriously though, I'm really happy he was able to go, considering he had surgery only one week prior!
